Hello, I am Carol Harrison, the media parapro at Teasley Primary. I began working at Russell Elementary as a remedial para in 1987 when my children were still in school there. I soon moved into the Media Center there, and have also worked in the Media Center at other Cobb County schools prior to coming to Teasley. I am so happy to be at Teasley and am most impressed by the parental involvement here. The students are eager to learn, and I enjoy talking to them about the books they choose for check out. I have three adult children; Carey lives in Marietta, Seth in Pine Mt., and May in Oklahoma. I have two grandchildren, Noah, in Marietta, and Catherine in Oklahoma. Our family loves to travel, and we have been to every state except Hawaii. I have lived in N.J., Colorado, and Arizona. I met my husband in Colorado where we grew trees for the U.S. Forest Service. When I'm not at Teasley, I'm working in our nursery in Pine Mt., playing with my grandchildren, or out hiking.
